Nagi matcha

The intention

Nagi Matcha is organic ceremonial matcha from Uji, Japan, a region with a long tradition of cultivation. The intention was to build a brand that feels pure, honest and balanced while standing out in a crowded wellness market, rooted in tradition, quality and daily ritual.

The process

I defined the brand strategy, customer journey and content strategy, then translated this into the visual identity and marketing eco-system. Inspired by the quiet rituals of Japanese tea culture, I focused on slow, intentional, precise details so the brand carries the same sense of calm and care as the preparation of matcha itself.

The result

The result is a calm, refined brand identity supported by thoughtful packaging and social assets. Soft natural tones, spacious typography and subtle details create a consistent visual language that reflects the ceremonial character of the product and makes Nagi Matcha feel considered and premium in everyday life.

Testimonial

“Patricia really created something beautiful that is so aligned with what I felt inside.”

"I am so so happy with the support and care of Patricia. She really created something beautiful that is so aligned with what I felt inside. When I saw the designs my reaction was like ‘this is it!’, it felt like coming home. She needed little words, she is really able to tap into your energy and feelings. I am so grateful for her care and love.

Finally the vision and ideas I had in my head are coming to life. I wasn’t sure what my brand would look like exactly, I just had these feelings about what I wanted it to embody. Patricia did an amazing job. She was able to translate those feelings into something that went beyond what I could have ever imagined.

Patricia is amazing at what she does. She really helped me to connect to myself and get clear on my purpose and values. She is professional, puts a lot of personal care in the work and is just the sweetest person to work with. Everything she does comes from her heart."
