Creating meaningful work starts from within.

Thoughtful design and mindful practices for founders and entrepreneurs creating meaningful work.

Philosophy

We all have moments when we are in our element. Moments when we feel connected to who we naturally are, what we love to create, and what gives our work meaning. I believe creating meaningful work starts from within, because success means very little when you feel disconnected from yourself.

Hi, I’m Patricia Louise Smit, founder of In your element studio.

I’m a creative strategist, designer and 500-hour registered yoga teacher. Over the years, my path has evolved at the intersection of thoughtful design, mindful practices and self-reflection.

I believe we create our most meaningful work when we are connected to ourselves. In your element studio is my way of bringing that philosophy into everything I create.

It’s a space for mindful entrepreneurs and creatives to reconnect with themselves, create meaningful work and build businesses that feel grounded, honest and aligned with who they are.
